How do I track my order?

Use the tracking code we sent you in the shipping confirmation email (which you should receive in 1-3 days after placing your order) to find out exactly how close you are to receiving your awesome new product. It'll be worth the wait.

 

I don't see any shipping confirmation email?

Please wait 3 full business days for your shipping confirmation to be sent out. We do not ship out orders during the weekend. We only ship from Monday to Friday.

Please check your spam folder if the shipping confirmation does not show. We pride ourselves for always shipping our products on time!

 

When will my order be delivered?

Please note these are only estimates, orders may arrive before or after the expected time frame. Orders may take longer due to a delay with the courier service or a customs hold. If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into your order.

* Please note that during December and the Christmas season, please allow an extra 7 to 14 days for your delivery. Snag Haus and your postal office may be maxed out by the high amount of orders.

My tracking number says "Tracking Not Found"?

This is fine. If you have received your shipping confirmation email, that means our Warehouse team has successfully shipped out your order. The reason why your tracking may "not be found" is because it takes time for the carrier system to update the status of your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for this to update. We can assure you that your product is on the way. It'll be worth the wait.

 

My tracking number has shown the same status for a couple days.

This may invoke some confusion and stress. We understand that ordering products online can keep you at the edge of the chair refreshing tracking over and over everyday. 

The reason why your tracking number has shown the same results for a couple days may be...

  1. Delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, politics, and high demand.
  2. Is in transit, your tracking will be updated as soon as the courier reaches the next checkpoint.
  3. Delay in the courier system.

Rest assured, as long as your tracking is working that your product is on the way! This issue may arise if you are not from the countries listed above in the table.

 

My parcel was lost?
